Bob the dog needs help, and Utah firefighters come to the rescue. According to the North Davis Fire District, Bob usually enjoys the water, but a large piece of ice “prevented him from getting out of the water after the polar plunge.” A frightened and possibly frozen dog, he was not so sure that help would come to him.
