The story of a cute dog named Buddy, who got into a fire and was badly burned. The poor dog was rushed to the University of Mississippi, where he spent about 7 months, but then went to a foster family to continue treatment.
For protection, Buddy often wears an e-collar because the skin on his face is still fragile. he also has a small inch wide area between his eyes that needs a protective bandage because it takes a long time to heal.
Buddy continued to make progress as his story went viral after Mississippi veterinarians gave him the best possible care.
Luckily, hisbandages have been removed and he looks much happier now. According to the Tunica Humane Society, he is now in foster care and we hope he stays at home forever. Watch the video below.
