Angus Lee-Dolphin, a 26-year-old sales engineer, rode a horse through the streets of Surrey, UK in September 2021 and mocked drivers queuing up for gas during the UK fuel crisis.

At first glance, we see Angus riding his horse and singing about the queue at a Shell gas station in Thames Deaton, Surrey.

“I borrowed a horse from a friend,” Angus said.
